Allow us to introduce you to the Passenger Princess lifestyle.
It’s 11pm on a Tuesday and you have 38 Chrome tabs open trying to figure out whether your hotel in Italy is actually charming or just code for “no elevator and the shower is also the toilet.” Babe. Close the tabs. There’s a better way to live.
The Passenger Princess does not worry about where the trip is going or how it’s getting there. They simply show up with an adventurous spirit, look fabulous, and let someone else handle the rest. No logistics. No reservations. Just the fun of being in vacation mode 24/7.

Good news! That life is available to you, and even better, it’s what we specialize in! So pour yourself something cold and let us walk you through what it actually looks like to travel with us, AKA how to live the Passenger Princess fantasy you were always destined for.
The Itinerary Is Already Flawless (You’re Welcome)
We’ve spent years figuring out which experiences in each destination are actually worth your time and which ones are tourist traps with a glossy website. Our first trip was way back in 2009, and weโve been refining our itineraries based on guest feedback ever since.

This means we already know which hotels in Spain deliver the fairytale courtyard moment versus the ones that are just Instagram bait with a sad fountain. We know which Medellรญn neighborhoods put you within walking distance of the gay scene versus the ones that require a cab every night and a small prayer.

We know which beaches in Thailand have the best sunset views, which Kyoto temples are worth seeing at dawn before the tour buses descend, and which Lastarria wine bar in Santiago the locals actually go to. You don’t need to research any of this. Itโs already been done for you.
Flights, Transfers, & Not A Single Google Maps Meltdown

There are few things less Passenger Princess than wandering the side streets of Mexico City with a broken Maps app, a suitcase that’s developed a mind of its own, and absolutely no idea which direction your hotel is in. We make sure that’s never the vibe.

When you land, someone is waiting for you and holding a sign with your name on it, spelled correctly (which is more than most rental car counters can manage). That person knows where you’re going, how to get there, and whether traffic is going to be a thing today. You get in the car and don’t think about it again. Passenger Princess lifestyle for the win – let the adventure begin!

Transfers between cities? Handled. Boat bookings for island hopping in the Philippines, where the small-craft schedules are more of a creative suggestion than a binding agreement? Taken care of. The chaos of trying to buy a metro ticket in Seoul when the machine has 47 buttons and you can’t remember which line gets you to Itaewon? You will never know that pain.
Stays That Actually Slay
You know what’s exhausting? Booking a hotel that calls itself “gay-friendly” and then finding out that means “the staff technically won’t kick you out.” We don’t do that to you.

Every property has been vetted, often by us, in person, multiple times. We work with LGBTQ-owned hotels whenever we can and pick properties that put you in the middle of the action, not a 30-minute cab ride away. We book hotels where two grooms (or two brides) can walk up to the front desk holding hands and the only reaction they get is “welcome, can we send up some champagne?”
We’re also obsessed with the little touches. Early check-in when we can swing it. Room preferences noted. Perhaps itโs a riad in Marrakech where the courtyard pool is lit by candles at night, or a lodge in the Okavango Delta where you can hear hippos from your tent and watch elephants stroll past at breakfast.
Once You’re There, The Magic Really Kicks In (THIS IS THE BIG ONE)
This is the part nobody else really nails, so pay attention.
Every evening of your trip, the next day’s schedule lands in your Whatsapp messages. You can read it carefully if you’re the planner type. Or you can completely ignore it and just glance at what time you need to be downstairs. Honestly, that’s the only piece of information you actually need. The rest is somebody else’s job.

You wander into the lobby at the specified time, still finishing your coffee, hair on point, ready for adventure. Your host is already there, smiling, probably with a cute tote bag and definitely with a plan. Right on cue, your transportation pulls up like it’s been waiting for you specifically (it has). You get on, you sit down, you don’t think about traffic or directions. You just go.
Once you arrive somewhere fabulous, your host and guide lead the way. No fumbling for tickets at the entrance to the Hagia Sophia while a tour group of 40 descends behind you. No standing in admission lines while everyone else slowly dehydrates. No awkward “wait, where are we meeting back up?” moment. The guide knows. The host knows. You just follow and look cute.

When the temple visit or vineyard tour or city walk wraps up, the bus reappears, engine running, ready to whisk the group to the next stop. It’s almost suspicious how well-timed it is. We call it magic (it’s actually called good planning, but magic sounds sexier).
Then comes lunch or dinner, which is where so many group trips fall apart. Not ours. You sit down. You get handed a menu. If the language is throwing you off (and it will the first time you try to decode a menu in Tokyo), your guide will translate or recommend something based on what you like to eat. If you have dietary restrictions or preferences, theyโve already been communicated to the restaurant. You order. You savor. You have a second glass of wine because youโre on vacation after all.

And when the meal is finished, the bill is managed by your guide/host duo. Outside, the bus has reappeared right on time. You’re already onto the next thing.

These are the exact logistics that, on a normal trip, would eat half your day and stress you out enough to need a vacation from your vacation. With us, it all just happens. You barely notice it’s happening, which is the entire point. The mental load is zero. The fun is maxed out. And your brain gets to focus on the things that actually matter, like which skivvies to wear to the beach club, or whether you can squeeze in a quick shopping excursion before dinner.
Passenger Princess Privileges
One of the best parts about traveling with us is the access. The stuff you genuinely cannot replicate by booking yourself.

Our guides actually live in the places we visit. They know which taverna in Tbilisi is owned by a hilarious lesbian and her wife (it is, and the wine is incredible). Our drivers have been working with us for years and know to take the scenic route on the way back from a Serengeti game drive so you catch the light just right. The chef at our favorite spot in Spain will hold the best table on the patio for our group, even on a Friday night in high season.
In short, youโll be a VIP (Very Important Princess) from start to finish. Itโs how we roll.
The Group Is Already Fabulous
Here’s the thing about group trips with your friends: they can be loaded with unexpected stress.
Convincing your friends to commit. Syncing everyone’s PTO. Playing travel agent for a chat thread that can’t agree on a continent, let alone a restaurant. Discovering on day 4 that your best friend’s new boyfriend is, in fact, the worst. It can all beโฆa lot.

We skip all of that. By the time you join one of our trips, the group is already gathered: a fun, like-minded crew of LGBTQ+ travelers who showed up for the same reason you did. Whether that’s getting drenched in color at the Holi festival in India or watching fireworks burst over Bangkok on New Year’s Eve, you’re with your people.

New friendships, fascinating stories, and a complete absence of friend-group-trip drama where someone wants to do museums all day and someone else just wants to be in a pool by 10am. We design the days so everyone gets a little of what they came for, combined with the right amount of free time to do your own thing.
Our Trips Pack In A Lot, But What About The Actual Packing?
While we can’t physically pack for you, we can make the packing part of your trip nearly as breezy as the rest of it. Every tour page on our site has an โImportant Informationโ section that lists exactly what you’ll need to bring for that specific destination, so you can start a mental (or actual) packing list the second you book.

Then, 3 weeks before your departure date, your official Trip Documents land in your inbox, including a detailed packing list tailored to your trip. We’re talking the specific kind of jacket you’ll want for chilly evenings, and whether you need a swimsuit, dress pants, or that one weirdly specific item you’d never think of that makes all the difference.
No more frantic Googling “what do I wear in Patagonia in March” at 1AM the night before your flight. No more landing somewhere and realizing you packed for entirely the wrong climate. Just an easy, well-organized list to work from so nothing important gets left behind.
Outside of what’s on the list, here’s the rest of what’s required of you:
- Your cutest outfits. All of them. Yes, including that one.
- A passport that doesn’t expire for more than 6 months after you return home. (We always remind you to check)
- Visas you’ll need to visit your destination country. (We’ll remind you when to apply for these)
- An open mind.
- A sense of humor about the occasional travel surprise, because no matter how perfect the planning, sometimes a goat wanders onto the road.
Everything else can wait until you get that Trip Documents email.
Your Throne Awaits!
The only thing standing between you and full Passenger Princess status is actually booking the trip.

Whether your heart is set on watching the sun rise over the Great Pyramid, trekking through Rwanda to see gorillas in the mist, or cruising the Dalmatian coast of Croatia with a cocktail in hand, we’ve got you. All you have to do is show up, look good, and enjoy every second.
The crown’s been sitting there waiting. Time to pick it up.
