How to gain VIP and VVIP Status

• VIP Status: complete 3 trips
• VVIP Status: complete 5 trips

Benefits

Early Access:

• VIP guests will receive early access to new tour launches and advance notice to sale promotions before the General Public.
  
• VVIP guests will receive first access to new tour launches before VIPs and the General Public, plus advance notice to sale promotions before the General Public.

Special Discounts

All discounts are per person.

• Early Bird: $300 USD off the first few spots on any tour departure. Your early access gives you a better chance of securing this discount. This is the only discount that is combinable with other discounts.
  
• Friends With Benefits: $150 USD off if you’ve previously completed any trip.
  
• Friends With Benefits 30 Days: $300 USD off when you book a new trip within 30 days of returning from your last tour.
  
• Double Booking: $300 USD off your SECOND trip if you have more than one trip booked. Discount also applies to any additional trips after that, as long as you have two trips booked at once.

Special Travel Credit

• Referral: $150 USD when you refer a friend. Just have your friend let us know you referred them, and once they’ve booked a trip and made their final payment, a $150 USD credit will be added to your account.

Out Insider: a special VIP and VVIP-only newsletter

Upon gaining VIP status (and only if you have opted in to our email newsletters), you will begin receiving the Out Insider, an exclusive, once-a-month email containing an update from our team along with special, last-minute discounts on upcoming departures.

We’ll drop hints at new tour destinations, give advance notice for upcoming tour launches and seasonal sales, as well as check in with our core office staff and worldwide team of hosts. It’s a wonderful way to get to know us while snagging spontaneous savings.

Annual ‘New Destinations’ survey

Every year, we ask our guests which destinations they would like us to add to our worldwide array of cultural tours and cruises.

• VIP guests will have their answers weighted more heavily than those of the General Public, increasing the likelihood that your dream destination becomes our next brand-new adventure.
  
• VVIP guests will have their answers weighted the heaviest, above both VIPs and the General Public.

On-trip bonuses

• From time to time, our tours may have an odd number of guests. If this is the case, VVIPs and VIPs on the trip may have the option of a complimentary single supplement.
  
• Every once in a while, one of our cruises will depart with an open cabin. If this is the case, VVIPs and VIPs on the trip may have the option of a complimentary upgrade to a higher cabin class.
  
• In both cases, if there are multiple VVIPs and VIPs on the trip, then whoever has the most trips completed at that time will have the first option.
